Have you ever wanted to run your own LAN party for your friends or on-line gaming group? Have you discovered how much trouble it is to organize a LAN party? Let LAN Ohio take care of business for you!

We are offering a new service to the LAN party public. Why waste time planning a LAN party when there's already one set up for you? We have room for up to 40 guests. We have the servers set up and ready to go. We have the power. We have the networking equipment. Why bother renting a hall, setting up all the tables, running the network, making food, and dealing with all the other problems that always crop up?

All party times are set to be from 12 Noon until 1 AM. We can be flexible with this and we'll allow you to get in earlier or stay later if you need to. With options 1 & 2, we will need to schedule you around our regularly scheduled events and staff availability. If you choose option #3, we'll need to make sure we can clear out the extra room to accomodate you.

We have three different plans available to choose from.

Option 1: Full-blown Private mini-LAN
You will get everything that we offer at our normal parties, but the entire place will be yours to do with as you please. We will provide game servers with the games you choose (if available). We will order pizza our normal way, there will be hot dogs, snacks, Bawls, and pop out to buy. You will have complete Internet access to challenge rival clans or just do whatever. Staff members will be on duty to provide help.
COST: $15 per person (minimum of 10 people)

Option 2: Basic package
You will only be renting the space, Internet access, and the network equipment for the day. We will only be there to open the door for you and lock up at night. Someone will be on-duty for supervision purposes only. You will need to either bring your own game servers or play on Internet servers. We'll only have Bawls, pop, and chips for sale at the snack bar. You are responsible for cleaning up and putting everything back in it's place.
COST: $10 per person (minimum of 10 people)

Option 3: VIP treatment at a scheduled LAN Ohio party
You will be seated in a special VIP area on the other side of the room during one of our normally scheduled LAN parties. You can play whatever games you want and set-up your own servers to play on. You can also participate in the normal LAN Ohio events and tournaments. This option is subject to space availability. We'll need to know a month in advance so we can limit the seating for the regular attendees.
COST: $50 + the normal party charge per person

All plans require a down payment equal to HALF of the cost of the party. We accept PayPal payments for this. Please e-mail Human Shield if you would like to reserve a date or if you have a general question.

We'll also rent out the space for non-LAN events. Please e-mail us if you need to rent space for any kind of gaming or party!
